se connecter en console sur le linux

faire :

cd ../..

cd etc/init.d

service vvagent stop

service vvagent start

Message d'erreur :

Unable to apply DRS settings with error "Insufficient CPU Resources" sur un des HOST esx  contenu dans le Vcenter


solution :

-faire en mode console sur le serveur ESX host concerné : service vmware-vpxa restart

-une fois le service relancer, cliquer sur le host grisé dans le Vcenter et faire un clic droit > reconnect


Cela n'impacte pas les machines portées par le host

Le téléphone IP Cisco affiche: Error Pass Limit et ne recupère pas de numéro de téléphone

Solution 1

Complete these steps in order to overcome this error message:

  1. On the Cisco CallManager Admin page, choose Device > Phone > Maximum Number of Calls or Busy Trigger.

  2. Reconfigure the IP phone that encountered this error message.

  3. Increase the value of Maximum Number of Calls and Busy Trigger on the IP phone line configuration according to the number of shared lines (or the number of calls coming on the same line).

    For example, you can set the busy trigger to 5 on a 7960 IP Phone since there are six lines. One line can be kept free for a conference or outbound call when all other lines are busy.

Solution 2

Compléter l'installation à la main en se positionnant sur : Device > Phone >le device cible

Faire un Add New DN

Faire la configuration complète du numéro de téléphone et sauvegarder et rebooter le téléphone

Restarting the Management agents on ESXi

To restart the management agents on ESXi:
  1. Connect to the console of your ESXi host.
  2. Press F2 to customize the system.
  3. Login as root.
  4. Using the Up/Down arrows navigate to Restart Management Agents.

    Note: In ESXi 4.1 and ESXi 5.0, this option is available under Troubleshooting Options .

  5. Press Enter.
  6. Press F11 to restart the services.
  7. When the service has been restarted, press Enter.
  8. Press Esc to logout of the system.

Note: For further information on restarting the management service on an ESXi host, see Service mgmt-vmware restart may not restart hostd (1005566).

Restarting the Management agents on ESX

To restart the management agents on ESX host:
  1. Log in to your ESX host as root from either an SSH session or directly from the console.
  2. Type service mgmt-vmware restart.

    Caution: Ensure Automatic Startup/Shutdown of virtual machines is disabled before running this command or you risk rebooting the virtual machines. For more information, see Restarting hostd (mgmt-vmware) on ESX Server Hosts Restarts Hosted Virtual Machines Where Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown is Enabled (1003312) andDetermining whether virtual machines are configured to autostart (1000163).
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Type service vmware-vpxa restart.
  5. Press Enter.
  6. Type logout and press Enter to disconnect from the ESX host.

Vmware Activer la connexion Root enSSH

Pour autoriser les connexions SSH sur les serveurs ESX, il faut modifier le fichier sshd_config puis redemarrer le service sshd.

  • Modification du fichier sshd_config

Depuis la racine du serveur esx, tapez la commande : vi etc/ssh/sshd_config

 

  • Modifier la valeur PermitRootLogin No par PermitRootLogin Yes en faisant un Inser

Pour quitter le fichier et le sauvegarder faire un Echap puis :wq

 

  • Pour valider la modification il est necessaire de redemarrer le service sshd

Depuis console root, tapez la commande : service sshd restart
